target carries seam rippers. but you can also use a x-acto knife or a razorblade, just take your time. have used a razorblade on three pairs of gloves with great success. Although they were nylon, good luck.

im not 6'1 205 and where medium nexus/one95/supreme. the pants open up significantly when broken in. I'd go with a medium.
