check out some of the box lacrosse designs, I've played with a few guys that have gone that avenue, low profile, good sternum & spine protection, very light weight.

I'll second those recommendations, I live on South Shore of Mtl and have a pretty easy drive to both Supremacy & Rousseau St Hubert......I would suggest subscribing to the Supremacy e-mail notifications, they put out some good 15-20% off stuff, last minute notifications. Plus they get some good stick clearances in store, usually they have some Pro sticks on their racks.
There is also a Sport aux Puce on Rt 132 in St Constant not far from Supremacy that usually has a pretty good stock.
