#270550 Peter Zezel Blues dark jersey. Early 90s

Posted by jamielov on 06 September 2015 - 02:26 PM in Jerseys, Socks & Apparel - For Sale

Im a bit stumped on this one. I got it at a hockey jersey/equipment show way back. Ive matched the "DK" shamrock shoulder patch to 3 cards from 91-92 i believe. All sorts of wear and blood, but pretty great shape jersey.

Fight strap, ccm, nhl patch on jersey, along with Masaka neck tag and custom crafted also on back.

Listed at $225 but sort of clueless what its worth, so shoot me an offer, or for pics: j1lovinger@yahoo.com

Looking for $40. Great condition. Slight use. Picked up at WBS Penguins year end sale, and is too big for me. #41 heat pressed white numbers on back made of cloth-ish material, not vinyl. Has fight strap.

#233778 Any Reebok Ribcor users in house?

Posted by jamielov on 20 December 2014 - 08:16 PM in Hockey Gear

Used to use it. Went back to my 20K. Just didn't like it. Might have been a mental thing but felt like it killed my backhand. Currently trying the CCM Ribcor 40K. Def like it better but not 100% sold yet

Any CCM Ribcor 40k's?

#223343 CCM Ribcor

No clue then. Just a guess. The mysteries of prostock, lol

A complete guess...but were those Reebok codes and not CCM?

#221390 Least Bulky Gloves

Posted by jamielov on 28 September 2014 - 09:04 AM in Hockey Gear

The material on the 11k prostock is lighter, its not the water proof plastic-like stuff on the outside of the retail. The palms are also thinner material and usually single layer. That said, the fingers, for a thin handed guy like me, are absolutely huge on pro stock. I had to have the finger gussets almost taken in by 1/2 and restiched by a tailor. Before I did I was basically gripping the stick with the sides of the fingers. Way too much room. If you want a better fitting glove, go try on a pair of the 30Ks. Not the best looking glove I've ever used but certainly best fitting from Reebok.

Def right up there for me as well Kovey. When the 20K came out I was really impressed with the clean, simple black and silver. Just nice to look at. Ribcor was amazing. Black with simplistic touches. Now the CCM Ribcor, which I'm not sure if it could be any more busy looking if they tried. We often talked on the bench about Reebok's strange insistence of throwing neon green on things, and this stick is certainly a backwards step in that direction. The super fast is , in my eyes, one of the ugliest sticks created. This CCM Ribcor 40K Powered by Reebok Hockey (of whatever the hell they are calling it) isn't anywhere near as nice as the Ribcor original. Oh well, I'll still buy it, lol, but I don't love it on looks.

The Reebok 30k gloves seem a pretty good amount smaller than the 11ks

Why the neon green CCM/Reebok, lol???? The simple and dark original model was so crisp.

#219905 CCM Ribcor

Yeah, that's what I figured. Thanks. No real way to get a report on them until October it seems.

#219722 CCM Ribcor

Posted by jamielov on 17 September 2014 - 05:18 PM in Hockey Gear

Not necessarily...since the 23k and 24k models of the RIBcor didn't have ribs. Which again is why I was wondering if these ribless 40ks floating around are actually Ribcor or just paint ups. I am not sure how within the same topic people can say they are Ribcor (without ribs) and that they aren't because all ribcors will have ribs. My question stemmed from simply wondering how the actual 40k performs...the one that will be publicly available...not a dressed 40k that is just another stick with a pros specs painted as one.

#219563 CCM Ribcor

Posted by jamielov on 16 September 2014 - 05:29 PM in Hockey Gear

That's what I asked in the other thread... If the sticks in most of these photos are actually the 40K's, or just dressed models of something else. After the Pens sale last year, everyone in my league had what they thought were Ribcors but most were 20Ks and AI9's.

Some reporting ribs. Some reporting none. Wonder if they are releasing various high end and lower priced versions?
