some people say their order was canceled, why is that exactly?
Poor customer service. Had my gloves in "the cart" and called to make sure they were purchased. Purchased them via phone and was informed they are mine. They told me to take them out of the cart after I get off the phone because they have them for me. I did this. Got an email 5 minutes later they were sold in the store. I turned down their gift card offer...don't want to deal with them in the future. Disappointing company.

Just a heads up: the Shattenkirks listed on the site are actually STL mitts, instead of team USA.

You can't really be mad at them though, it's the law of supply and demand. They're working with what "up to date" information they have. When this site explodes because of their new inventory, think about the other people who take notice too. It most likely was an honest mistake on the associates behalf.
Why not take the gift card, that was a nice good faith offer?

Its funny (not really) I called Purehockey about 3 hours ago and was told by a guy named Tyler that they would not be putting anymore APX gloves on their site because they were all sold out. Luckily I've been burned in the past and checked the site later to see several new pairs of APX gloves listed. Based on all of the customer service blunders and low prices on some gear and too high prices on others it really appears that they don't have a clue.

Don't want to blame the associate...I blame the company. I understand supply chain and what they have is crap. Many mistakes...don't want to waste my time in the future with them.

Yep...My transaction was with Tyler. They suck...no clue.
