The Habs should have a decent season this year, at least I hope they will!

Yeah, The Habs didnt play a great game last night, at least from what I saw from it.
Cole barely played... and Betts is injured. lol

Both teams played really well last night; I wish that the Habs would have won. However, it was only game one and there are many more games to come.

I have say the Habs are amazing they always have great player but how do you lose to the Leafs who always seem to suck. I only follow the Habs cause Subban is the man.

What's you thoughts on him with other NHL players and commentators who talk about his lack of respect to other players?

the reason they complain is because he's good. if he was some mediocre goon, they wouldnt care but since he can back up his "antics" with ridiculous skill for a defencemen of his age...

I feel bad for the jets fans, not a good way to begin a return.
Good game by the Habs.

Hopefully Cammy will be fine :(

The Habs played a solid game depsite the personnel changes that Jacques Martin made with Spacek and Cammalleri having to leave the game. Price kept the Jets at bay on the scoreboard; he definitely stood on his head with his awesome play tonight. Pavelec could have had a better game; but the Habs snipers were too much for him tonight. I'm glad that the Habs won tonight; especially after their loss to the Leafs the other day. It was cool to see the fans in Winnipeg gave their team a standing ovation; even if it was a rout.

I knew the Jets weren't going to win, after all, they are pretty much still the Thrash, but I could hope. Too bad :( It was pretty neat to hear the volume of the standing O at the end of a losing effort, I think that'll happen much of this year because the fans are just happy to have them back.
