Yeah the pumps are gone. CCM skates are slowly getting better over time, but still Bauer > CCM

Ribcores are the stiffest of the CCM, so they'll probably fit close to a Vapor

if you want to compare vh, you can only compare them to other custom skates not cookie cutter retail ones.

Makes sense that they phased out the pump. Less things to break/warrenty. I remember being in this "top secret" area where I got to see a ton of cool stuff and prototype products. Then a couple rooms over they had a return/warrenty section and there were skids upon skids of skates. A lot of them were returned because an air bag or pump was toast on one of the skates.

Isnt the jetspeed line supposed to fit like vapors like the heel, toe box, forward pitch?

The ribcor line, atleast historically, has been the softest of the lines. Jetspeed was designed to fit closest to vapors

Yeah Jetspeeds do definitely fit like vapours, the ribcores fit similar though. they also have always felt stiffer and a harder boot than Tacks to me.

Ribcor is the most narrow fitting skate in CCM's lineup. I'd say it's closer to a Graf 703 or 705. I can't get my foot in any of those skates comfortably. (I wear D width Supremes.)
If your bag has wheels, you don't.

Yeah I'm the same. D in Supremes, can't wear either Jetspeeds or Ribcores. I just stick with Supremes.
