I thought tacks was the stiffest then rbz then ribcor was softest?

Ribcor is CCM's softer skate, stiffest in their line would be the tacks and the Jetspeeds are in the middle.

He has a friend that works for STX so he has a contract with them, but he can't stand using their gloves. Likes the sticks though.

 

He was also sporting some 10 year old Reebok's last time I checked.

I can see supporting your friend and what not but if I'm not comfortable with the gear then I'm not signing any contract. I'll be glad once that last ugly HT2 is gone from the league, it's almost on the same dust level as guys who buy that bubble Gazoo looking Bauer bucket with the black ear guards from Wal-Mart lol

honestly, I think Thornton's HT2 looks sweet, especially with the newer CCM logo. His tendon tuck and baggy socks on the other hand...

Most newer helmets look spiky in comparison. Why? Heads aren't usually shaped like that.
