8 1/4 isn't available at retail, though, so there's that.

what changed in the custom process?  would it be better to go custom bauers, full custom CCM or full custom True?  I've heard pros and cons.  What are others experience on the matter?  I had custom VH skates but those were from 2013/14

No clue if he is still a full on bauer guy or not. He wears the easton helmet (although that is bauer I guess). But I don't see him in any of their marketing so I don't think he's their guy so I would assume he's free to use whatever he so chooses

A part of me was extremely annoyed at how unprofessional Draisaitl looked tonight (everyone else looked beautiful with those royal blues back on) For some reason he had no Oilers decals on his helmet, not sure what the heck their EQM was thinking here. Also, I notice McDavid is wearing UCLP’s here but he usually has HP45’s

Kuzy has made a change since his concussion, and worn instead of a Bauer Re-Akt bucket, a Bauer 4500 last two practices 🤔 Wonder if he wears it tonight in game?

VN is more comfortable and I haven’t seen anything that suggests EPP and all this other stuff is better.

V08 and 4500 for life.

IMO the 4500 is the worse helmet ever (at least the fit on my head)

That might make sense if up until a few years ago every player in the CHL wore v08s and then when they graduate to pro, it’s still mostly v08 today in the AHL as well. If your head didn’t fit until you got to the NHL where you could choose your bucket then playing must of really sucked.
