I’ve got long hair and it’s not particularly comfortable for me. Prefer the 710/910. But hands down the Tacks helmet series is the *most* comfortable helmet on the market.

Do you think the sizing between the 910 and the tacks x is the same? I’m using a medium 910 basically on the smallest setting. So I’m wondering if I should go with a small or medium tacks x.

Why wouldn't it be allowed? You can swap cuff rolls for different brands

Dnot think I’ve ever seen somebody rebrand a helmet though other than the guys who held on to the old Easton buckets after the sale and they put Bauer stickers on. Super Tacks X is quickly becoming the most worn helmet even by guys who wear all Bauer, I think one of them probably would have put a Bauer sticker on by now. First guy off the top of my head would be Lucic

Some guys still rock those Easton buckets. Killorn and Benn from my memory. ST X is a great helmet

Just Killorn and Hamonic I believe. Benn switched to Super Tacks X awhile ago. Same with Klingberg, Spezza and lots of other E400 guys

I wear a medium (7 1/8 head), but am confident I could fit into a small. The nest tech is so flexible and I have the medium X about as small as it’ll go. Once you slip it on the nest tech collapses and expands around your head for a snug fit

I have no idea what my hat size is but my head is around 23” around so that puts it within the medium range. Just went ahead and snagged the medium, hopefully it works out.

Good call on the medium. I feel like it fits slightly different than the 910, but in a good way. I didn’t even think about it not coming with ear guards, since it’s pro stock. I’ve always kept mine in. I’ll give it a game or so without them and see how it feels, otherwise I may swap them from my 910. Still keeping a cage cause the people around here have no control over their sticks.

Jesus these might be the nicest gloves I’ve ever laid eyes on (extremely biased since my mens team is Jets colours)

That old Vector logo though. Peak CCM branding.

Custom everything.

Man, not only did TBL do it right with the RR 2.0, but the mitts are spectacular! Black, blue, white, and grey. Wish more teams would wear gloves like this full time. The solid color with different cuff rolls is so boring

It is like someone at the NHL heard me complaining about how terrible the RR equipment was haha. Amazing seeing the gear coming out for this

I think they had that colour scheme for their gloves in the past. Either way, they look great!

Really digging the RR uniforms this year....so far.

Feels like most teams had multi colored gloves then by the mid-00’s everyone simplified.

Watching the Pens earlier this week using black gloves with white cuffs and no yellow to be found. How much better would they look with yellow and just a bit of white? Same could be said for Boston

Gotta admit, the Jets and Bolts hit it out of the park with their respective RR gloves. Jets ought to be using those full-time and it's nice to see Tampa not lazily use their alternate gloves again like they did a few years ago. Hoping the Flames follow suit.

New CCM logo still looks like fried shite, though.

That's gonna be a no from me on that. Old set up but with black and orange instead of eggplant and jade?
