It took them 3 weeks to ship my gloves... and they only shipped them after I called the store and said "Where are my gloves"

My search for a medium Thrashers girdle shell has lasted a few years with no luck whatsoever.  I recently came in contact with a company in Canada that was willing to do a custom embroidered shell for me.  I am more than happy with the results.

 

For reference, I had this done on a pro stock Dynasty girdle shell.  In order to accommodate their sewing machine, I had to cut back the interior padding/liner of the shell.  Now that they've finished the embroidery, I'll either sew it back or use an adhesive.

Update:  Got my shell in the mail today.  Quality is excellent.  Colors, size, and placement are all perfect.

 

If you're looking for a custom embroidery on a shell, I highly recommend MacLaser Printing in Mississauga, ON. 

Throughout the process, I worked with Lynne Indovina, and she was extremely helpful and responsive.  They even did a sample logo on a spare piece of material to show me what the finished product would look like.

Do those have plastic inserts in the fingers? And did you get them directly through the Canucks? I went with the Pearson ones as I wasn't sure if those were the NCAA spec ones.

Yeah got them through the Canucks. As far as I can tell, they have the full plastic inserts throughout.
