Just got a pair of the Navy Franchises off their site for $149 + Shipping last week. Arrived in two days with DHL. Gloves are really nice. Sorry to hear they are a little out of touch now. That is a shame as my last few pairs of customs came through them.

he got SIX pairs of gloves? that's probably what triggered the customs delay. nothing PSHG can do about that. the other customer service issues are unacceptable though. I heard somewhere that one of the guys running that shop left and apparently that's what the issue is. some folks are good at customer service and others just lack the organizational skills. it's a shame as they were top flight for awhile there.

I thought they stopped doing this like a week after they started doing them awhile agoSo I take it that chances are slim in getting some custom Luxe mitts then?

I saw they had the option when I ordered my Easton's, but never clicked on it. It would have been nice now that I'm starting to like the look of the Luxe...
The option has been left on the website, but they are not able to do it. The "new" site was designed when they thought it was going to be available long-term. The custom Luxe Program only lasted about 2 months.

I am having the same problem with PSHG. Ordered a pair of custom Warriors early in the summer. The gloves did not get ordered. They did make up for the mistake but I reordered on October 1st but still no gloves. I have made several attempts to contact them but have had no response. That is the worst part. Are they going out of business? It sure feels that way to me.
