I tried the packing tape last night as a quick fix and it felt perfect ! Might do some sanding and paint if I get bored one day and feel like working on my sticks. But the tape worked great !

In Topic: Issue With Ultra Sonic Skates ?

I have never felt more discomfort in a skate than I did with my Ultra Sonics. The entire outside of both feet from my pinky toes to heels ached like hell for some reason. Now I’ve had pain from certain skates many times in the past, but we have always been able to sort the issue out. My skate guy couldn’t do anything to the skate to fix the ache in my feet. We tried all the regular stuff like rebaking and different insoles but the fit was right so it didn’t call for anything else. Lucky enough he filled out some forms saying there was something wrong with the skates and I got a store credit for the entire amount.
