Golden Gate Sharpening

Has anyone else had issues with PondOfDreams? I was going to purchase two $200 items and a $50 item from them, but they refuse to respond to a single message, over the course of 2 months, both on and off SLS. None of their listings have descriptions and all of their pictures are blurry, so I have to ask questions. I was about to spend $450 with them and they've been ghosting me. I haven't done anything to them to warrant this. 

By far the worst customer service I have encountered from any hockey seller. Fanelli, Thom, and TopFlightHockey all make me off-SLS deals and are easy to work with. Even the "so-so" sellers take five seconds to respond to inquiries.

I'm on the lookout for new/like-new/good condition medium black HGTK Tacks shell and numberless practice jerseys if anyone has a lead. 

Looking for black and white Adidas Sharks and CCM Barracuda goalie cut practice jerseys. I'm aware of the overpriced one from PondOfDreams, but they ignore all my messages/offers and don't seem to want my money. Used is fine, but not beat to shit. 

Has anyone used True's 3D tongues? I currently use thick tongues with metatarsal protection. I push the tongues all the way into the toe box to take up as much volume as possible, similar to the Mako II's. I've heard that the 3D tongues take up a lot of volume as well, which would be ideal. Does water build up in the skate from all the holes? For reference, I love the stock 3D Super Tacks X liners. I'd be purchasing the new model with stitched, non-glued velcro.
