I figured this would be coming sooner rather than later. The few repalms I attempted killed my hands, now imagine doing that for thousands of gloves over the course of 8 years with CPR and years at Warrior as well. I hope Pat and Ken find success in whatever avenue they choose next. They are both A+ human beings. 

Blissy42 - https://sidelineswap...locker/Blissy42 Attempted to scam me! This idiot buys a $15 236mm chassis with the exact length of the chassis in the title and description, all the exact measurements listed in the pictures, then filed a dispute, raised hell, and demanded a full refund because the box from 2001 says "recommended for size 6-8.5 skates" and that they will "not fit size 9 skates" when I clearly explained that I've installed 40+ of these, including on size 9+ skates with no issues. They're the same length as Mission's aluminum roller chassis that are found on size 6-9.5 and I included and pictured the exact length of the chassis in the title and description, down to the millimeter. When I explained that I've been in the industry for over 15 years, own a hockey shop, and done thousands of roller hockey chassis installations, this idiot responded that he doesn't care about any of that and the only number that matters is the number from the manufacturer on the 20+ year old box. He proceeds to say the chassis is not as described (even with all measurements in pictures!) and it's "inferior" to the chassis that was listed. All this BS for a $15 chassis that would have had zero issues being installed as needed. 

EDIT: His overpriced locker is full of similar chassis, including a nearly identical 236mm chassis to the one he purchased for $97.20. It's clear that he was attempting to scam me in order to re-sell the chassis for profit. Why would he buy my chassis with the length and all measurements in the title/description if he already owns the exact same sized chassis and knows exactly which sized skates he prefers to put them on? I'm sure he will list my old chassis SLS very soon for $97.20. Thankfully, SLS eventually refunded me in "store credit" after originally siding with the buyer.

Huge +1 to Ian at ITR. He sent me videos of him working on my gloves to make sure everything was done to my liking. As a fellow hockey shop owner, I was super happy that he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I changed my specs a few times and he was always accommodating.

I'd go with the same size. If you want the Hyperlite 2's, I'd recommend getting a 6 and putting a powerfoot insert in the smaller foot. 

PSH had Kovalchuk overstocks a while back, but the lowest flex they had was 85, I think. Some PSH Kovys were up for sale 6-8 months ago on Kleinanzeigen (eBay’s more local classified platform in Germany; a random treasure shows up now and then). I think they were new Kovys. Those are the only times I’ve seen that curve on anything. He’s got that box shaft shape a lot of people dislike.

I've tried his 90+ flex from a former coworker of mine and I agree about the boxy shaft. I bought two Dean Ostrovsky sticks on PSH, which have standard-shaped shafts. The curve is the exact same, but the flex is a bit stiff since I had to cut them down. I'll most likely stick with my PRO sticks, but am always on the lookout for the new Kovalchuk RH 70ish flex unicorn.
