I feel like you may be using the command one, the sand one is the thinest one they make I'm pretty sure, I been using the sand one for a while now, some people are sketched out by it but I have converted a few and they love them now.

Awesome I have done this with a few pairs of gloves after I felt a pair of Mincey's gloves at a drop in game one day, well worth it!

#229660 How do you dry your equipment

Posted by mutiny14 on 23 November 2014 - 01:02 AM in Hockey Gear

I like the stall! Really want to build one someday once I get more space! I use Lysol disinfectant to keep odors under control. Im also 6'1" 215 lbs and I feel like I sweat way more then most people I play with haha so i take pride in not smelling like duckbills while on the bench.

#229596 How do you dry your equipment

Posted by mutiny14 on 22 November 2014 - 05:01 PM in Hockey Gear

Just wondering how you guys dry out your equipment after games, I know some people just leave it in the bag till next use but I am too anal about having wet damp smelly equipment haha. I like to get my stuff aired out asap and disinfected also just to keep it fresh and clean. I also live in a 1 bedroom apartment so storage is tight, I like to keep most of my stuff in the main laundry room/ closet with fans for my gloves and skates and I have another fan to keep the air moving for the other stuff also, then all my jerseys stay in my closet with my cloths lol. heres a pic just in case anyone was interested, please post pics of your set ups!! maybe I can add to my set up lol

#222025 best kind of stick tape?

Posted by mutiny14 on 01 October 2014 - 05:21 PM in Hockey Gear

How's the durability for the new Renfrew stuff? I never liked the old stuff because it wouldn't even last through an entire game.

Thats how I feel about the old, but it seems like everyone like the new stuff? I feel like howies for me just is good all around, it comes off the role perfect all the way to the end and last about 2 sessions for me witch is pretty good. I tend to wear the tape out fast no mater what brad I use, but I know when i used the older Renfrew tape it would not even last one pick up.
