they are his actual pro stocks. The pattern is almost identical to the Easton Heatley curve. I'm curious of the rest of the specs, specifically what the flex actually is.If they're the SMU I'm pretty sure they're repainted Hitmans. If they were his actual pro sticks they'd be Dolomites.

If the sticks are cheaper at the tent sale ($50-$75), keep me updated. I'm looking for new Streits (anything but S19s).

Faceoffs destroy the toes of blades. Which sticks are they?
#256401 Warrior stick hype. What is it?
Posted by miscs75 on 21 May 2015 - 09:32 AM in Hockey Gear
I refuse to use Bauer anything (for a handful of reasons) but i've used recently a Warrior Widow, Easton S19, Easton SE16, Sherwood Nexon N12, Warriory Dyansty AX1 and a few others I forget. The S19s both broke after 3-5 skates and my Widow snapped after about a year of usage (on and off skating for a few months). I don't normally break sticks but the Widow broke mid blade. The feel on it was probably the best out of all of the sticks and the pop was the most consistent. It was the only one out of all of my sticks that I've picked up until recent that the blade didn't go soft after a month or so due to usage (both the SE16 and Nexon had this problem).

What sticks have you recently used and what specs are they? That might be the easiest way to decide what to grab instead of listing a bunch of models. Everything you listed has a different feel and if its completely different from what you're used to it might be a bit of getting used to at first instead of an even switch.

The Gladiators will hold their annual Equipment & Merchandise Sale on Thursday, June 11th from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm. Available equipment items include: tape, socks, helmets, gloves, pants, player locker nameplates, and skates. There will also be a very limited supply of sticks, and a small selection of shoulder and elbow pads. There is a possibility that a handful of practice jerseys will be available for purchase, but that is NOT definite at this time.
If anyones going, i'm interested in tape and socks

Really? I have had the opposite experience. All the sands I've used have always been FAR thinner than any other model I've received. So thin to the point the start to rip towards the bottom after a few months of use. The sand grip is personally my favorite.
The sand is thin on the bottom but it feels alot fatter IMO. I have 2 white sand grips that I took off of sticks and won't eve use if you want them. The only catch is that they're inside out from being removed off of sticks and need to be reversed.
