Hawks problem isn't the goal tending...it's the guys in front of them. And they've gotten better, and have beaten the best teams too.

Yotes don't have the offence that Mike Smith compensates for

4 times they got shut out, 34 games decided by only 1 goal, ranked 18th for Goals For in the reg season, and have LESS PPG than Chicago (which their powerplay is always a topic of discussion).


Anyway good luck to Phoenix, Mike Smith has been a stud, but this is playoff hockey.

Vermette should have got that out, We should have burried in the empty net when we had the chance, aucoin shouldn't have given it away. We can make all the excuses we want but it's not going to change anything unfortunately. I do think PHX has the stronger team aside from my bias opinion.

Love everyone who thinks the Coyotes have no chance at the United Center. We're 2-0 there this season. We also took 2 out of 3 from the Wings two playoffs ago. No building is going to intimidate them.
